You’ll want to have the following information ready:
- Contact
name, address and phone number
- Preferred
party date and time
- Number
of party guests you’re inviting
- Deposit
to reserve party date (credit card payment for online booking or by
phone)

Q3. Is a
deposit required to book a party?
We
do require a deposit to reserve your train party rides. Credit cards are
accepted for booking online, and by phone. Parties
canceled more than 24 hours prior to the
party date are eligible for a full refund, or the deposit may be applied
to
another date of your choice.
No
minimum. If you would like to schedule a party with more than 35 Guests,
please
call (toll free) 1.866.581.2210, so that we may make special
arrangements.
Q5. How long will my party take?
You have the option of unlimited
rides for a set period
from 20 minutes to 1 hour of time or pay for play with your group.
Q6. Is the train closed to the public
during my party?
All trackless train group events take place in the town center area with other
non-party guests. However, your group will receive personalized attention from our engineer and party members will all be identified including the guest of honor. You may rent other KidSteam products for delivery and setup for parties in the DFW area.
